I was born in the 1970's which just about tips me into the 'midlife' category. I am a Mum, partner, daughter and sister. ⁠

I'm a Physiotherapist and certified Pilates Instructor and I created this little business of mine, because I wanted to help normal people - women like me - to feel good in their bodies, whether that's through rehab of injury or ongoing wellbeing support... Pilates, Mindfulness, coaching, teaching.....⁠

My speciality is musculoskeletal physio, and helping people to be more active at all life stages. I'm increasingly passionate about Womens Health issues in particular, and this stems from becoming a Mum myself and realising just what a wild ride womanhood can be! ⁠

Your recommended daily physical activity for adults is 30 minutes a day over 5 days (for MAINTENANCE) Did you know you can chunk that down even further into #Active10 minutes spread throughout your day? 
How do I know I was active enough? St least Moderate intensity is what we’re looking for to get the health benefits, and here I was 🍁 Breathing quicker 🍁 warm enough to not need my coat / light sweat 🍁 still able to talk, but singing might have been harder. 
What might you do today to get those 10 active minutes into your day. What are you already doing that you could build on? Absolutely LOVING these crisp autumn days. Taking every opportunity to shower myself in crunchy leaves and have a good Sniff of earth πŸ˜πŸ‚πŸπŸ„β˜€οΈπŸŽ Morning! Breakfast smoothie time!
